• 2025-mar-6: Tried fixing issues on Shorts where the blog item would display the header image twice. Once as the item header and once as content. Found a switch in page/option to "disable header image", testing to see if it solved the problem
  • 2025-mar-4: Kept on experimenting with the best structure for my adventures page. Found that the modular page obliged me to maintain both a module and a page for each adventure making the exercise of maintaining that section painful. I ended finding a script that creates a collection of pages 
    content:
    items: '@self.children'

    and a script that displays information about the collection

    By default the p.summary pulls the first 300 characters it finds on the page. This can be controled by using === with a line before and after to deliniate the summary that is displayed. I am sure there are ways to improve the system but for now this is good progress

  • 2025-mar-2: created Modular page and modules to display yearly adventures. Modules were not displaying content despite the correct folder structure. We uncovered that the "gallery.md" module template that came pre-installed with Grav, requires the premium plugin lightbox gallery. Module contents would display when selecting the "text.md" module template instead of Gallery.md.
